摘 要:针对蠕墨铸铁蠕化处理过程中蠕化剂加入范围窄,控制很难的问题,试验研究了合金中加入适量的反球化元素钛,对蠕化剂加入量范围及蠕墨铸铁组织性能的影响。结果表明,蠕墨铸铁含有0.28%钛元素时,稀土镁合金蠕化剂合适加入量从0.83%~0.94%,增加到0.8%~1.0%,加入量范围几乎增加一倍,仍能获得满意的蠕化率,基体组织中铁素体含量有所增加,硬度也有所增加,但增加幅度较小。证明蠕化过程中适当添加反球化元素,能使蠕墨铸铁生产稳定而易于控制。Aiming at the narrow addition amount of vermicularizing alloy and the difficulty to control in the treatment process of vermicular graphite cast iron, the influences of the adding amount range of vermicularizing alloy on microstructure and performance after adding the appropriate content of anti spheroidizing element Ti in the alloy were studied. The results showe that when the vermicular cast iron contains 0.28% of titanium, the suitable addition amount of rare earth magnesium alloy increases from 0.83% - 0.94% to 0.8%- 1.0%, almost doubled, and it can still obtain satisfied vermicular rate. The ferrite content of matrix microstructure and the hardness increase. But the increasing ranges are smaller. It proves that adding the appropriate anti spheroidizing elements in the process of vermicularizing treatment can make the production of vermicular graphite cast iron stable and easy to control.
