摘 要:通过人体扫描、数据采集、数模重建、模型修复和3D图像处理生成三维模具打印文件。以聚乙烯醇粉末、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮粉末、无水乙醇、丙酮和蒸馏水为原料,利用3D打印技术将人体骨骼模型文件打印成实体模具。经翻模处理和烧结制壳完成铸造模型。通过熔炼钴铬钼合金、浇注并退火冷却制得钴铬钼人造骨骼。结果表明:钴铬钼人造股骨头外形逼真、表面光滑、质地均匀,各项力学性能均能满足临床应用要求。3D mold printing files were generated by body scanning, data collecting, rebuilding and repairing model and 3D images processing. Taking polyvinyl alcohol powder, polyvinylpyrrolidone powder, absolute ethyl alcohol, acetone and distilled water as raw material, the human skeleton model files were printed into solid die by using 3D printing technology. Casting model was manufactured by reversing mould and sintering outer skin. Co-Cr-Mo artificial bone was prepared by melting Co-Cr-Mo alloy, pouting and annealing cooling. The results show that the external shape of Co-Cr-Mo artificial femoral head is lifelike, the surface is smooth, and the texture is uniform, and all mechanical property parameters can meet the demand of clinical application.
