摘 要:通过铸造数值模拟可以预测铸件的变形、热裂和残余应力等。为了提高颚式破碎机机架铸件的尺寸精度和使用寿命,本文利用有限元分析软件Pro CAST对其铸造过程进行了数值模拟分析。采用中间注入式开放浇注系统,为模型添加了明冒口,并对模型进行四面体网格划分。铸造模拟结果表明,机架充型过程平稳,冷却过程温度梯度较小,得到的温度场和应力场为实践中如何精确控制其铸造过程提供了依据。Castings' distortion, heat crack and residual stress can be predicted by numerical simulation. To enhance the jaw crusher's dimensional accuracy and working life, the casting process was simulated by software ProCAST using finite element method. The model used intermediate injection gating system and added two casting heads. And it was meshed by tetrahedral elements. The result shows that, jaw crusher casting process fills steadily with small temperature gradient during cooling. The obtained temperature field as well as the stress field provides a basis for the accuracy control in real process.
