摘 要:基于目前人工喷墨方式造成的润滑效果不佳、氧化皮清除不完全而使锻件质量不稳定、模具寿命短的现状,结合模锻生产工艺提出了自动吹风喷墨系统整体构架并设计了该系统的工艺流程及其自动控制系统。结合目前主流的气压传动技术和PLC控制技术对此系统进行驱动和控制以保证其可靠运行及功能扩展。经实验验证,该系统能完成预定工作流程,达到清除氧化皮和均匀喷墨的目的,提高了生产效率,提高了模具使用寿命。Based on the instability of forging quality and short die life caused by poor lubrication and incomplete scale removal of the manual blowing and spraying, and combined with die forging process, the overall framework of automatic blowing and spraying system was put forward. And the technological process of the system and its automatic control system were designed. Combined with the pneumatic transmission technology of current mainstream and PLC control technology, this system was driven and controlled to ensure its reliable operation and function extension. After experimental verification, the system can accomplish the work process and achieve the goal of removing scale and uniforming graphite. The production efficiency and the service life of die are improved.
