摘 要:针对08Al宽带板在冲压、弯曲过程中的开裂问题,利用Gleeble、SEM、EDS等手段研究了热轧态的金相组织特征及低碳钢中渗碳体的析出规律。结果表明:08Al的显微组织多为等轴铁素体晶粒,但很不均匀;游离渗碳体析出严重,约3级,夹杂物数量不多,渗碳体多在晶界处析出,析出量主要受到卷取温度的影响。Aiming at the cracking problem of 08Al broad strip in stamping and bending process, the microstructure characteristics of hot- rolled plate and precipitation law of cementite in low carbon steel were studied by adopting Gleeble, SEM and EDS. The results show that the microstructure of 08Al is mainly equiaxed ferrific grain, but the grain size is quite uneven. The precipitation of free cementite is serious, about level 3. The amount of inclusions is few, and cementite mainly precipitates at the grain boundary. The amount of precipitation is mainly affected by the coiling temperature.
