轧制火次对工业纯锆板材组织与性能的影响

摘  要:研究了12 mm×2200 mm×14000 mm的R60702纯锆板两种轧制工艺对其组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经一火成材的锆板比两火成材的锆板易产生镰刀弯,两种轧制工艺对锆板抗拉强度和伸长率的影响不明显;两火成材的锆板其横纵向力学性能差异明显小于一火成材的锆板,一火成材的锆板硬度高于两火成材的锆板;经退火后,一火成材和两火成材的锆板均发生了完全再结晶,晶粒尺寸约为10μm,且两火成材的锆板组织均匀性要优于一火成材的锆板。The effects of two types of rolling process on the microstructures and mechanical properities of R60702 industry pure zirconium plate (12 min×2200 mm×14000 mm) were studied. The results show that the zirconium plates produced by one heating rooling are easier to cause camber than those produced by two heating rooling. The effects of two types of rolling process on tensile strength and elongation of the zirconium plate are not obvious. The differences ofmeehniacl properities between longitudinal direction and transverse direction after two heating rooling are smaller than those of one heating rooling, and the hardness after one heating rooling is higher than that of two heating rooling. The zirconium plates of one heating and two heating rolling produce complete recrystallization after annealing, and grain sizea are about 10 μm. The microstructure uniformity of the zirconium plate produced by two heating rooling is better than that of one heating rooling.
