摘 要:采用热模拟试验机Gleeble3500对一种新型高锰耐磨钢进行热压缩,得到了流动应力曲线。基于流变曲线构建热加工图.并进行了金相分析。结果表明:在试验参数范围内,高温低速条件下的功率耗散因子值较大;在真实应变为0.6时,在变形温度T=1050~1200℃和应变速率ε=0.001~0.1s-1构成的区域内将发生完全动态再结晶,晶粒细小且均匀:在试验参数范围内热加工时,失稳区出现在低温高应变速率和高温高应变速率两个区域。The hot compression of a new high manganese wear resistant steel was executed by using the thermal simulation testing machine Gleeble 3500. The curves of the flow stress were obtained. The hot processing map was constructed based on the curves of flow stress. And metallographic analysis was carried out. The results show that the power dissipation factor value at high temperature and low strain rate is higher than others in the range of testing condition; when the thermal deformation of real strain of 0.6, the complete dynamic recrystallization occurres within the area constituted by deformation temperature T= 1050-1200 ℃ and strain rateε=0.00 I-0.1 s-1, and the size of grains is small and uniform. When hot processing in the range of testing parameters, the unstable region appears in both the low temperatwre and ligh strain rate and high temperature and high strain rate.
