摘  要:采用埋弧自动焊焊接2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢,对母材和焊缝的化学成分、力学性能、回火脆化敏感性进行了测定和显微组织观察。结果表明,母材与焊缝金属的化学成分及综合力学性能虽然都满足技术要求,但是母材组织均匀细小,回火脆性最小;焊缝区域晶界上有黑色颗粒物聚集;焊接热影响区的组织不仅粗大,晶界也有黑色偏聚物,因此仍是薄弱环节。2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel was welded by submerged-arc welding. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, sensitivity of temper embrittlement and microstructure were investigated. The results show that the chemical composition and comprehensive mechanical properties of base metal and weld metal all meet the requirement. The base metal is composed of fine microstructure. Its temper brittleness is low. The weld metal has black substance that segregated at grain boundary. The heat affected zone is composed of coarse microstructure. So the welded joint is the weakest link.
