外力作用下输电铁塔角钢搭接焊件应力与变形的数值分析

摘  要:依据热弹塑性理论,建立了铁塔角钢搭接焊件应力及变形的有限元数值分析模型。考虑焊接残余应力与变形的影响,利用ANSYS有限元软件对不同外力作用下输电铁塔用Q345角钢搭接焊件的应力场和变形进行了模拟计算,分析了两者的分布特征,并与未搭接角钢的变形及应力进行了比较。结果表明,外力作用下,角钢搭接焊接件应力分布特征及应力值与焊接残余应力相近,而其变形仅为未搭接铁塔角钢的1/3,表明采用角钢搭接加固处理后铁塔抗变形能力增强,刚度显著提高。According to thermal-elastic-plastic theory, a finite element analysis model for stress and distortion of overlap-welded angle-steel structure was developed. Considering the effects of welding residual stress and distortion, the stress field and distortion of overlap welded structure of Q345 angle steel for power transition tower were numerically calculated for different external pressures using ANSYS software. The distribution characteristics were analyzed and contrasted with those non-overlapped angle steels. The results show that, under the action of external pressure, the distribution feature of stress and its value for overlapped angle steel weldement are closed to those of welding residual stress. The deformation is only one third of that for non-overlapped angle steel, which indicates that compared with angle steel, its overlap-welded structure has superior anti-deformation capability and higher rigidity.
