摘 要:在包覆热轧工艺条件下,对新锆合金板材的表面缺陷形貌进行了研究。通过金相显微镜对板材的典型缺陷进行了观察。通过能谱分析获得了缺陷的成分,提出了表面缺陷的去除方法。结果表明,在包覆热轧时包覆材料会与锆合金板材相互作用形成表面缺陷。大部分表面缺陷以钢渣的形式嵌入到板材的表面,可以通过酸洗的方式去除,小部分缺陷则需要通过机加工方式去除。The morphologies of surface defects on the new zirconium alloy plate were researched under the condition of cladding hot rolling process. Typical defects of the plate were observed by metalloscope. The component of defects was acquired by energy spectrum analysis. The removal method of the surface defects was proposed. The results show that clad material and zirconium alloy plate can interact to form surface defects during coating hot rolling. And the most of surface defects in form of slag insert into the plate surface. They could be dislodged by acid pickling, but small part of defects maybe dislodged by machining.
