摘　　要：开发一种汽车制动管路系统的双层卷焊管(邦迪管)高速连续轧制钎焊工艺,成功缩短了生产制造邦迪管材的工艺流程;产品生产技术及生产设备高度自动化连续运行,在提速增加产能的基础上降低了单位产品的原材料消耗,同时还降低了生产过程中的能源消耗,减少了碳排放量与生产过程对环境产生的影响。The high-speed continuous brazing technology for double wall brazed tube（ Bundy tube） applied in automobile braking pipeline system was developed,so the Bundy tube manufacturing process was shorten. With highly automated operation of production equipments and technology,on the basis of speeding up and increasing capacity,raw material consumption per unit of products was reduced,also the energy consumption in the production process was reduced with lower carbon emissions and less impact of the environment.
