组态软件WinCC与S7_PLCSIM在汽车专业教学中的应用

摘　　要：针对汽车专业模块化教学过程中缺少能够将汽车运行过程中各大组成系统之间相互独立的运动联系起来的一种有效的教学工具的问题,结合PLC在过程控制中的作用,借助西门子S7_PLCSIM仿真软件编制PLC控制程序,并通过Win CC组态软件进行界面设计,开发了一套仿真辅助教学软件工具。应用结果表明:利用该软件工具辅助汽车课程的教学,能够极大地丰富教学内容和增强教学生动性,从而取得较好的教学效果。In the teaching process of automotive profession,an effective teaching tool is lacked which can link together all of the independent motions in the process of car running into a union. Aiming at the problem,combining with the role of PLC played in the process control,Siemens S7_PLCSIM simulation software was used to white the control program,the configuration software Win CC was used to design the interface,a set of software tools for simulation of auxiliary teaching was developed. The application results show that the use of the software tool for automobile course teaching,can greatly enrich the teaching content,enhance the classroom activities teaching,so as to achieve better teaching effect.
