摘 要:以N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺(BPHA)为功能有机络合剂,优化其选择性去除含铁硫酸铝溶液中铁的工艺条件。考察了BPHA引入量、溶液酸度、反应时间、反应温度等对除铁效率的影响以及BPHA回收循环使用的工艺条件。实验结果表明,在含铁硫酸铝溶液酸度(氢离子浓度)为1.0 mol/L、加入占母液量1.4%的BPHA络合剂乙醇溶液、60℃恒温沉淀反应1 h后,铁去除率高于96.1%,硫酸铝溶液中铁质量浓度低于50 mg/L,优于高纯度一级工业硫酸铝的质量技术指标。该工艺流程简单,反应条件温和,BPHA可回收循环使用,为高档纸张、化工和纺织等高端领域用低铁硫酸铝的工业化生产提供技术参考。The optimum process of selectively removing iron from aluminum sulfate solution with N-Benzoyl-N-Phenylhy- droxylamine (BPHA) as organic functional complexing agent was studied.The effects of BPHA dosage, acidity of solution, re- action time, and reaction temperature on iron removing efficiency were investigated and the recycle conditions of BPHA were also analyzed.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:the acidic concentration (hydrogen ion concentra- tion ) was 1.0 mol/L, the BPHA+ethanol mixed solution amount was 1.4 % based on the mass of aluminum sulfate parent solu- tion, the reaction temperature was 60 ~C, the reaction time was 1 h.Under the optimum conditions the elimination efficiency was above 96.1%, and the iron mass concentration was below 50 mg/L, which was superior to the indexes of the first grade in- dustrial aluminum sulfate product.This method could provide a technical reference for the industrial production of low-iron aluminum sulfate in high-grade paper,textile and chemical fileds due to its simple process flow, moderate reaction condition and BPHA's retrievability
