摘  要:研究了离子膜烧碱盐水系统中痕量碘脱除的技术,旨在研究能将体系中碘质量浓度降至0.1 mg/L以下、运行成本低的新技术。目前,离子膜制碱原料盐水中往往含较高量的碘及碘化物,电解时这些碘及碘化物会以碘酸盐的形式沉淀,导致电流效率降低,离子膜寿命缩短。采用吸附法去除卤水中痕量碘离子及碘酸根、高碘酸根离子,取得了良好的效果。本研究方法如能投入离子膜烧碱生产中,可避免碘长期累积,延长离子膜使用寿命,取得相应的经济效益。The aim of this work was to develop a technique to remove the trace iodine from salt water of ionic membrane caus- tic soda system, controlling the iodine concentration below 0. 1 mg/L with low running cost.At present, the salt water used in the production of caustic soda with ionic membrane process often contained high amounts of iodide and iodine compounds, which can precipitate in the form of iodate during electrolysis, resulting in the decrease of current efficiency and the reduction of ionic membrane lifespan. In the present work, adsorption method was adopted to remove iodide, iodate, and periodate from brine with better performance.The conclusion was that if the method of this study can be used in the production of ionic mem- brane caustic soda, it can avoid the long-term accumulation of iodine and prolong the service life of the ion film and get the economic benefits.
