摘  要:用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对从制备光纤预制棒产生的废料中提取的白炭黑进行湿法改性,探究最佳改性条件和改性效果。以表面羟基数作为改性指标,做了改性剂用量、改性温度和改性时间的正交实验和单因素变量实验,得出了影响因素依次为改性时间、改性温度和改性剂用量。当时间为16 h、温度为130℃、改性剂用量为白炭黑质量的5%时改性效果最佳。通过最佳条件下制得的产品的活化度、沉降实验和红外光谱等检测实验发现产品已很好地被改性且具有明显的疏水性。In order to get the best modification conditions and modification effect, the wet modification study was carried out on the silica obtained from optical fiber preform waste using the silane coupling agent KH-550.With surface hydroxyl number as the modified index, the orthogonal experiments and the single factor experiments of modifier dosage, modification tempera- ture, and modification time were both made.It was concluded that the effect factor order was modification temperature〉modifi- cation time〉modifier dosage.When the time was 16 h, the temperature was 130℃, and the dosage of modifier was 5% of silica (mass fraction), the modification effect was the best.By analyzing the product activation degree ,the sedimentation experi- ment, and the infrared spectrum test, it was found that the products obtained under the optimum modification conditions have well been modified and possessed obvious hydrophobic property.
