摘 要:为了实现磷肥企业湿法磷酸工艺中氟吸收系统的氟硅化合物的综合利用,提出磷肥企业副产氟硅化合物制备固体氟硅酸铵的方法。将氟硅化合物溶液与氨水或液氨或碳酸铵在反应槽中混合反应至p H为0.5~3,同时加入氢氟酸或氟化铵溶液抑制二氧化硅的生成,在真空度为50~79 k Pa、温度为50~65℃的条件下浓缩,产生的氟硅酸铵晶体自然沉降进入液封槽,氟硅酸铵晶体脱水干燥后得到固体氟硅酸铵产品。为综合利用磷肥企业氟硅化合物生产固体氟化铵、固体氟化氢铵、无水氟化氢等氟化工系列产品,发展氟化工产业、硅化工产业奠定基础,同时解决了磷肥企业氟污染问题。In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of fluorine silicon compound from the fluorine absorption system in the wet process phosphoric acid production of phosphate fertilizer enterprises, a method of using it to produce solid ammo- nium fluosilicate was put forward.The silicon fluoride compound solution mixed and reacted with ammonia or liquid ammonia or ammonium carbonate to the pH of 0.5-3 in the reactor, meanwhile adding hydrofluoric acid or ammonium fluoride solution to inhibit the generation of silica, then concentrate at the vacuum degree of 50~79 kPa and at the temperature of 50-65 ~C, the ammonium fluosilicate crystal went into the liquid sealing groove by natural settling, and finally solid ammonium fluosili- cate was obtained after dehydration and drying to ammonium fluosilieate crystal.h laid the foundation for the comprehensive utilization of fluorine silicon compounds in phosphate fertilizer enterprises to produce series fluorine chemical products, such as solid ammonium fluoride, solid ammonium hydrogen fluoride, and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, and for the development of fluorine and silicon chemical industries, and at the same time, solving the problem of fluorine pollution of phosphate fertilizer enterprises.
