摘 要:冶金废水中含有大量的镁,直接排放,不仅污染环境,还会导致镁资源的浪费。为了萃取回收冶金废水中的镁,研究了用二壬基萘磺酸(DNNSA)作萃取剂,磺化煤油为稀释剂,从废水中萃取回收镁制备硫酸镁的工艺。考察了萃取剂浓度、萃取温度、震荡转速等因素对镁萃取的影响。经过多级反萃浓缩后得到高浓度的硫酸镁溶液,4级反萃后硫酸镁质量浓度可达195.35 g/L。反萃后的硫酸镁溶液可通过蒸发结晶,得到硫酸镁盐。获得较优的萃取工艺条件为:萃取温度为常温、萃取震荡转速为200 r/min、萃取剂浓度为1 mol/L、反萃级数为4级。Direct emissions of metallurgy wastewater which contains a large amount of magnesium,will not only pollute the environment, but also waste resources of magnesium.In order to recover magnesium from metallurgy wastewater, the prepara- tion of magnesium sulphate by extraction and recovery of magnesium from metallurgy wastewater with dinonyl naphthalene sulfonic acid (DNNSA) as extract agent and with kerosene as thinner was studied.The effects of extractant concentration, extraction temperature ,and shake rate on the extraction were comprehensively investigated.Results showed that a high con- centration of magnesium sulfate solution was obtained after a multi-stage stripping,with fourth series of stripping,the mass concentration of magnesium sulfate in stripping solution reached 195.35 g/L.Magnesium sulfate was obtained by evaporation and crystallization after stripping.The optimal process conditions in the extraction were obtained as follows:the extraction temperature was room temperature, the shake rate was 200 r/min, extractant concentration was 1 mol/L, and series of stripping was 4.
