摘 要:本文以海军的视角,从野战输血技术、血液保障机制和输血救治理念等方面比较分析了中美两军战时血液保障模式的特点与现状,可见美军的战时血液保障体系在不断经历战争考验后,已能满足美军跨洋作战和全球范围保障的卫勤需求,而我军现有的血液保障体系在这些方面与美军相比尚存在不小的差距。从中得到的启示是:随着中国海军建设的战略转型,原有近海防御的血液保障理念亟需转变,新常态、新形势下的我军血液保障机制与战伤输血救治水平亟待完善与提高,以建设适应远海防卫的战时血液保障模式。From a naval perspective, the features of the blood support to combat casualty in US and Chinese military were analyzed, from field transfusion technology, blood transfusion support mechanism, to philosophy in blood transfusion management. Consequently, different from Chinese military, the system of blood support to combat casualty in US military which has experienced the trials of war can satisfy the conditions for transoceanic fight and military medical services. Inspired by the blood support to combat casualty in US military , Chinese military demonstrates a need for transformation of the philosophy of blood support for inshore defense and navy strategic transformation. Under these new circumstances, the level of wound treatment and blood support to combat casualty should be improved. A model of blood support model should be established for far sea defense.
