摘 要:为适应海军发展战略转型的需要,探讨建立冰冻红细胞战略储备库建设模式。以军队野战血站为依托,研究建设冰冻红细胞战备库实战化进程中的关键问题。通过对海军建设冰冻红细胞战备库的必要性和可行性的研究,提出建设冰冻红细胞战略储备库的基本模式和建议,为军队卫勤保障决策部门提供理论参考。液态红细胞保存期短,不能满足深蓝海军战伤救治需要,为满足海军实现由近海防御向远海防卫的战略转型,建设冰冻红细胞战略储备库是海军发展的必然选择。To meet the needs of navy strategic transformation and to construct combat frozen red blood cell (RBC) repository. Based on the current military field blood station, challenges arose from the actual construction process of frozen RBC repository were discussed. According to the necessity and feasibility of constructing frozen RBC repository in navy, a model was proposed on the construction of frozen red blood cells repository, which will provide a theoretical basis for decision making in military health service. Since the shelf life of liquid red blood ceils is short and cannot meet the combat needs in navy, construction of a frozen RBC repository is an inevitable step to facilitate the navy transition from coastal defense to far sea defense.
