摘 要:目的通过研究医院船非战争军事任务血液携行保障模式,解决医院船输血救治问题。方法将医院船非战争军事行动按任务性质分为平时任务和应急救援任务,分别研究其血液携行保障方案。结果建立悬浮红细胞与冰冻红细胞相结合的血液携行保障方案能满足医院船不同任务时的血液需求。结论血液保障是医院船的瓶颈问题,建立固态血与液态血相结合的血液携行保障模式是医院船遂行多样化军事任务的理想选择。Objective To resolve the problems found in blood transfusion in navy by studying the blood transport management protocol during non-war military mission in navy hospital ships. Methods The navy's military tasks were classified into peacetime missions and emergency rescue missions. According to the types of missions, diverse blood transport plans were analyzed. Results Transport of a combination of Suspended red blood cells and frozen red blood cells will meet the needs of navy hospital ships in different missions. Conclusion Guarantee of blood supply is crucial in hospital ships. It is more ideal to establish a transport mode that combines both solid and liquid blood, such that hospital ships can carry out di- versified military tasks.
