摘 要:目的探讨甘油滴注器在制备冰冻红细胞中与传统输血器无菌结合的成功率、制备后解冻红细胞的质量控制项目的比较。方法采用分组的方法分别进行红细胞甘油化及解冻去甘油。结果自制甘油滴注器组无菌接合成功率(失败率:0)明显高与传统输血器组(失败率:18.7%)。结论自制甘油滴注器的应用大大提高了无菌接合的成功率,保证了血液密闭性,而甘油化时恰当的滴速控制,弥补了手工调节的不足,有效的提升了冰冻红细胞的制备质量,值得推广。Objective To compare the success rates between glycerol infusion devices and traditional blood transfusion devices in aseptic conjugation in preparing red blood cells and in quality control after thawing the prepared red blood cells. Methods The red cells were glycerolized and thawed to reduce glycerol content in two groups, respectively. Results The success rate of aseptic conjugation in the self-made glycerol infusion device group(failure rate:D) was significantly higher than that of the traditional blood transfusion group(failure rate : 18.7% ). Conclusion The self-made glycerol infusion device greatly improves the success rate of aseptic conjugation, ensuring to keep blood airtight. The appropriate control of dripping speed in glycerol makes up for the lack of manual adjustment and effectively improves the quality of the prepared frozen red blood cells, which is worthy of future promotion.
