江苏省采供血机构质量管理模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨省级血液中心对全省采供血机构质量管理工作的模式。方法江苏省血液中心质量管理科按照"血站管理办法"的要求,逐步建立了较为系统的全省采供血机构的质量管理框架,通过开展全省血液检测能力室间评价、全省采供血机构联合内审、质量管理业务培训等方式,实施对省内采供血机构质量控制与评价职能。结果多年来,江苏省血液中心通过连续开展全省质量管理工作,增强了各采供血机构质量管理和质量抽检能力,提高了质量管理人员的业务水平,缩小了单位间质量管理差距,使全省质量管理水平得到整体提高。结论省级血液中心应充分行使其职能,促进全省采供血机构质量管理水平。Objective To discuss the model of quality management in blood collection and supply agencies in provincial blood banks instituted by province-wide blood banks. Methods In accordance with the Approach to Blood Bank Management requirements, Jiangsu Province Blood Center Quality Management Division has gradually established a systematic quality management framework for the blood collection agencies in the province and simultaneously implemented quality control and evaluation functions in blood banks all over the province by carrying out provincial EQAS, joint blood quality internal audit and quality management training. Results Over the years, through the continuous improvement and expansion in quality management, Jiangsu Blood Center has enhanced the control of quality control and capability of quality sampling in all blood collection and supply and reduced the gap among quality management units, such that the quality management in the entire province are making progress. Conclusion Provincial blood center should fully exercise its functions and promote the quality management in blood collection and supply agencies.
