摘　　要：目的调查采供血机构专用设备维护成本,分析其组成、特征及维护要点。方法统计本中心2013年用于专用设备维护费用,并按照维修类别、金额、部门、设备使用年限等分类统计分析。结果在设备维护费用中,购买年度维保费43.1%(26.0/60.3)占第1,维修费34.5%(20.8/60.3)占第2,维修中95.7%(19.9/20.8)用于更换配件;79.6%(43/54)的故障设备使用年限超过4年;血液采集、制备、检测等各部门的设备故障类型和维护特点各不相同。结论采供血机构专用设备维修还处于更换配件的被动式维修模式,设备维护严重依赖厂方,应根据各部门设备类型和故障特点制定相应策略,通过预防性维修、定期维护、购买维保等方式确保专用设备安全、可靠运行。Objective To investigate the cost of maintenance for the special equipment in blood center and to identify the composition, characteristics and key points in improvement. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the maintenance cost of special equipment for the year of 2013 in Shaanxi Blood Center. Then, the data were categorized according to the types of repair, cost, department and service time of the equipment. Results The maintenance and repair costs accounted for 43. 1% and 34. 5% of the total expenditures, respectively. 95.7% of the repair cost was attributable to replacement parts. 79.6% of the faulty equipment was used for more than four years. The types of repair needed and characteristic of the equipments were different in different departments （blood collection, production and inspection）. Conclusion The repair status of the special equipment in the blood center still exists in the passive mode, and the maintenance rehes heavily on the manufacturer of the equipment. A proper strategy should be developed according to the characteristics of the equipment. Preventive repair, regular maintenance and annual repair plan will ensure the reliable and safe function of equipments in blood center.
