摘 要:目的合成一种具分子识别特性的新型分离材料大黄酸功能化树脂。方法将大黄酸通过酰氯中间体键合到氨基树脂表面,制备新材料并表征,用所制备的新型功能化树脂填装SPE柱,对虎杖提取液中的蒽醌类成分进行固相萃取,并用HPLC/MS法检测结果。结果通过简单的吸附-解吸附过程,虎杖中的大黄素、大黄素甲醚、芦荟大黄素被选择性富集出来,对大黄素的富集最显著。结论大黄酸功能化的树脂可有效地富集蒽醌类化合物,操作简便、选择性好、富集效率高。OBJECTIVE To synthesize a novel separation material - rhein - functionalized resin with molecular recognition ability. METHODS The rhein - functionalized resin was synthesized by condensation of the acyl chloride intermediate of rhein with aminom- ethyl polystyrene resin, and then characterized by a variety of instruments. And then a rhein - functionalized resin - based solid - phase extraction experiment coupled with HPLC - MS analysis was carried out simultaneously to test the absorbability to anthraquinones in Polygonum cuspidatum extracts. RESULTS Emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were selectively concentrated from low concentration via a simple absorption and desorption procedure, and the concentration of emodin was more obvious. CONCLUSION The rhein - functionalized resin could effectively improve the enrichment of anthraquinones with characteristics of simple operation, high selectivity and high efficiency of enrichment.
