摘  要:目的应用多成分含量同时测定法结合正交试验优选黄葵胶囊的提取工艺。方法以总黄酮、芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、杨梅素、槲皮素的含量及干膏得率为评价指标,对黄葵胶囊的提取工艺进行正交优选。结果提取次数对5种活性成分的含量及干膏得率有显著影响。结合生产,确定黄葵胶囊提取工艺为:10倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次提取50 min。结论优选的工艺合理,对优化多成分中药制剂工艺具有一定意义。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction procedure of Huangkui capsule using simultaneous multi - component determina- tion combined with orthogonal experiment. METHODS According to the content of total flavonoids, rutin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, myrieetin,quercitrin and extraction rate, orthogonal experimental designs were employed to select the best extracting procedure. RESULTS Orthogonal experiment results showed that extraction times had significant effect to the content of multicomponent and extraction rate. Taking into account the actual situation in the production,the ideal extraction process was 3 times of extraction, 10 times of 70% alcohol ,50 min of each extraction time. CONCLUSION The optimized extraction procedure is scientific and reasonable for the industry manufacture of Huangkui capsules, and it shows methodological significance in optimal design of multi - component TCMs.
