摘　　要：目的研究狼尾花的性状及显微鉴别特征,为鉴定、开发利用和制定其质量标准提供参考依据。方法采用性状鉴别与显微鉴别的方法。结果描述了狼尾花的性状特征,根、茎、叶的组织特征,叶的表面特征及狼尾花粉末的显微特征。结论以上特征可为狼尾花的鉴别及质量标准提的制定供可靠依据。OBJECTIVE To study macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Lysimachia barystachys and to provide a reference for its identification,utilization and quality standard. METHODS Macroscopic and microscopic identification were used. RESULTS The macroscopic characteristics,histological characteristics of rhizome ,stem and leaf,leaf surface characteristics,and powder charac- teristics were described in detail. CONCLUSION These characteristics can provide evidences for the identification and establishing the quality standard of L. barystachys.
