摘  要:目的采用UPLC法同时测定藏药沙棘膏中槲皮素、山柰酚和异鼠李素的含量。方法色谱柱为Waters BEH C18柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(25∶75),流速0.4 m L·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长370 nm。结果槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素的线性范围分别为0.75-22.4 ng(r=0.9999)、0.43-12.8 ng(r=0.9996)、0.83-24.9 ng(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率分别为95.4%、98.7%、96.5%(n=9)。结论所用方法准确、简便,可用于沙棘膏的质量评价,不同沙棘膏中黄酮类成分的含量差异较大,可能来源于不同沙棘属植物的果实。OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Seabuckthorn pastes by UPLC. METHODS A Waters BEH C18 column(50 mm ×2.1 mm,1.7μm)was used at temperature 35℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid(25 : 75)with the flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1 ,and the detection wavelength was set at 370 nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 0.75 - 22.4 ng ( r = 0. 9999 ), 0.43 - 12.8 ng ( r =0. 9996) and 0. 83 - 24.9 ng ( r = 0. 9998 ), and their average recoveries were 95.4%, 98.7% and 96.5 % ( n=9 ), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and applicable for the qualititative evaluation of Seabuckthorn pastes. There are significant differences of flavonoids contents among the different Seabuckthorn pastes which may be made from different seabuckthorn berries.
