B2C模式下葛根药材中总黄酮和葛根素的测定

摘　　要：目的对有代表性的购物网站上销量前20的葛根药材进行质量评价,测定样品中的总黄酮、葛根素,初步探讨B2C模式下中药材质量控制的方法。方法采用UV法和HPLC法分别测定药材中的总黄酮和葛根素。结果 20批葛根药材中总黄酮和葛根素的含量多为0.10%-0.90%、0.01%-0.50%;其中10、19号样品中总黄酮的含量分别为12.65%、14.57%,葛根素的含量均〉2.40%。结论购物网上所销售的葛根药材均为正品,研究结果为B2C模式下中药材质量的评价及合理用药提供了参考。OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of total flavonoids and puerarin to evaluate the quality of Pueraria crude drugs which are in the top 20 ranking on their sales list from representative shopping websites, and to preliminarily study the method and trait of quality control of medicinal herbs based on B2C mode. METHODS UV was used to detect total flavonoids,while HPLC was used to determine the content of puerarin. RESULTS The content of total flavonoids of 20 samples were mostly between 0.10% - 0.90%, No. 10 and No. 19 was 12.65% and 14.57%, respectively. The content of puerarin was mostly between 0.01% -0.50%, only the content of No. 10 and No. 19 were greater than 2.40%. CONCLUSION Pueraria crude drugs sold on shopping websites are all authentic. The research results provide valuable references of quality evaluation and rational use of crude drugs on B2C mode.
