摘 要:含钒石煤是我国特有的一种优势含钒资源,分布广泛且蕴藏量极其丰富,从含钒石煤中提取V2O5已经成为我国获得钒资源的一种重要途径,具有十分重要的研究意义。早在20世纪60年代,已有研究者对石煤提钒进行了相关研究,但由于其矿石性质复杂,钒赋存状态多样,不同地区不同性质的含钒石煤需采用不同的提钒方法,因此查明有价金属钒在石煤中的赋存状态对提钒工艺的选择具有重要指导意义。本文针对湖北某典型含钒石煤进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,查明了石煤矿的化学成分、矿物组成及矿物的嵌布特征,通过结晶矿物学分析、钒价态分析、化学物相分析和能谱分析,探明了钒在石煤中的赋存状态。结果表明,该石煤中V2O5品位为0.71%,是唯一具有回收利用价值的元素,原矿主要由石英、白云母、黄铁矿、方解石、煤和少量高岭石等粘土矿物组成,钒主要以V3+,V4+的形式类质同象赋存于白云母晶格中。该矿石属于典型的云母型含钒石煤。Vanadium-beating stone coal is an unique and regnant resource in China, and the total reserve is abundant and wide- spread. Extracting V2 O5 from Vanadium-bearing stone coal has become an important way to obtain vanadium resource, and the related study is of great significance. As early as in 1960s, researches on leaching vanadium from stone coal were studied, however, since the properties of vanadium-bearing stone coal were complicated and the vanadium occurrence was generally multiple, different properties of vanadium-bearing stone coal in different regions required different methods to extract vanadium, so the knowledge of vanadium occur- rence in the stone coal was of importance on guiding the selection of vanadium extraction techniques. This study focused on the process mineralogy characteristics of vanadium-bearing stone coal from Hubei Province, and uncovered the vanadium occurrence in the stone coal by crystal mineralogy analysis, valence analysis, chemical phase analysis and energy dispersed spectrum. The results showed that vanadium was the only useful element with the grade of 0.71% in raw stone coal. The raw ore was composed of quartz, pyrite, calcite, muscovite, coal and small amounts of clay minerals such as kaolinite. Vanadium mainly distributed in muscovite as isomorphism in the state of V3+ and V4+ . The ore was a typical mica type vanadium-bearing stone coal.
