健骨痛消丸治疗骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健骨痛消丸治疗骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将骨关节炎患者72例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。治疗组患者口服健骨痛消丸,每次5 g,每日3次;对照组患者口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,每次0.5 g,每日3次。均以7 d为1个疗程,两组共治疗4个疗程。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、Mc Master大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率(94.44%)明显优于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者WOMAC积分和VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健骨痛消丸治疗骨关节炎疗效较好。OBJECTIVE：To observe therapeutic efficacy of Jiangu tongxiao pills in the treatment of osteoarthritis. METHODS：72 patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.Treatment group was given Jiangu tongxiao pill orally,5 g/time,3 times/d;control group was treated with Glucosamine sulfate capsules orally. 0.5 g/time,3 times/d. A treatment course lasted for 7 days,and both group received 4 treatment courses. Clinical efficacy,WOMAC score and VAS score were observed and compared between 2 groups. RESULTS：The total effective rate of treatment group（94.44%）was obviously superior to that（83.33%）of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. WOMAC score and VAS score of treatment group were lower than those of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：Jiangu tongxiao pills has good therapeutic efficacy for osteoarthritis.
