摘　　要：目的:为建立医院用药差错的防控措施提供参考。方法:基于国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)标准对我院2012年不良事件信息平台上报的51例给药差错数据汇总,从差错类型、差错时间段及差错责任人工作年限等方面进行分析,并介绍我院针对用药差错采取的防控措施。结果:参照JCI标准相关要求,通过人员培训和教育,完善制度和优化流程,我院2013-2014年给药差错明显减少。结论:用药差错的监测和防控对于促进药物合理使用有重要意义,JCI标准的引入在用药差错的监测和防控工作中可发挥重要作用。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the establishment of prevention and control measures for medication errors.METHODS：Based on JCI standard,51 cases of medication error reported by ADE information platform of our hospital in 2012 were summarized,and analyzed in terms of error type,error time,working life of responsible person,etc. The prevention and control strategies were introduced. RESULTS：Referring to related requirements of JCI standard,medication errors reduced significantly during 2013-2014 through personnel training and education,system improvement and process optimization. CONCLUSIONS：Medication errors surveillance and control is important for the promotion of rational use of drugs. JCI standard has played an important role in monitoring and preventing medication errors.
