摘 要:针对预应力混凝土梁预应力值和预应力损失不能确定的情况,对预应力混凝土梁的预应力进行监测试验研究。用阻抗分析仪测得粘贴在预应力混凝土梁的压电陶瓷片在不同预应力值下的电导纳信号,采用相对共振频率偏移和数理统计指标偏移来评价预应力损失。通过共振频率和数理统计指标建立电导纳信号与预应力混凝土梁中预应力值之间的关系,同时通过相对共振频率偏移和数理统计指标偏移来建立电导纳信号与预应力混凝土梁中预应力损失之间的关系。结果表明,压电阻抗方法可用来监测预应力混凝土梁中的预应力和预应力损失的变化。A monitoring experimental study for prestress of prestressed concrete beam is conducted for uncertain prestress and prestress loss of prestressed concrete beam. The piezoceramic (PZT) patch was attached on the prestressed concrete beams to collect the monitoring admittance signal under different prestress force through an impedance analyzer. The admittance signals of the PZT patch attached on the prestressed concrete beams under different prestresses are measured through an impedance analyzer. The relative resonant frequency deviation and mathematical statistics indicators deviation are used for evaluating the prestress loss. The relationship between electric admittance signal and prestress of prestressed concrete beams is established through resonant frequency and mathematical statistics indicators. Moreover, the relationship between electric admittance signal and prestress loss of prestressed concrete beams is established through relative resonant frequency deviation and mathematical statistics indicators deviation. The result shows that the piezoelectric impedance method can be used for monitoring changes of prestress and prestress loss in prestressed concrete beams.
