摘  要:阐述了新钢8号高炉原燃料现状,重点介绍了提高原燃料质量、降低综合焦比的技术措施,包括提高精料技术、探索合适冶炼强度、控制炉腹煤气量指数、进一步提高炉顶压力、实施低硅稳硅操作等。生产实践证明,实施一系列技术措施后,产量稳步提高,经济技术指标趋于良好,高炉长期稳定顺行。The present condition of original material in No. 8 blast furnace in xin-steel are expounded. The technical measures improving the original fuel quality and reducing the comprehensive coke ratio are focused on, including higher concentrate smelting technology, suitable strength exploration, controling the bosh gas index, further improving the furnace top pressure, low silicon stable operation, etc.The production practice has proved that after the implementation of a series of technical measures, the yield increase steadily, and economic and technical indicators tend to be good, blast furnace is stable in long term.
