摘　　要：从喷锌工艺及要求出发,对喷锌机进行系统的研究和分析,并提出相关的设计和改进思想。根据此设计和改进思想研制的铸管喷锌机将铸管规格扩大到DN1 200 mm,不仅生产效率高,而且建设成本低。Starting from the zinc spraying process and requirements, system research and the analysis of zinc spraying machine are conducted, and relevant design and improvement ideas are put forward. According to the design and improved ideology, cast pipe specifications will be expanded to DN1 200 mm by cast pipe zinc spraying machine, which not only has high efficiency, but also low construction cost.
