摘 要:目的:测定不同生长年限黄芪药材中总多糖及总黄酮的含量,为确立药材的最佳采收年限提供理论依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定不同生长年限黄芪药材中多糖和总黄酮的含量。结果:不同生长年限黄芪药材中多糖及总黄酮含量差异较大,其中1年生黄芪药材中多糖平均含量最高,为147mg/g;7年生黄芪药材中总黄酮平均含量最高,为10.53mg/g。结论:随着生长年限的增加,黄芪药材中多糖的含量逐年降低,而总黄酮含量逐年升高。Objective: To determine the contents of total polysaccharides and total flavonoids from Radix Astra- gall in different growth time , in order to establish a theoretical basis for the optimal harvest time. Methods: The UV spectrophotometry method was developed for the determination of the contents of total polysaccharides and total flavonoids. Results : The contents of total polysaccharides and total flavonoids in different growth time had an obvious difference, and the highest average content of total polysaccharides in one - year medicinal ma- terials was 147mg/g and the medicinal materials with seven - year growth time had the highest average content of total flavonoids,which was 10.53mg/g. Conclusion: With the increase of growth period, the content of total polysaccharide is roughly decreased year by year, but the total flavonoids are increased.
