摘 要:目的:建立五味子HPLC指纹图谱研究方法,对不同采收期及不同产地五味子的质量进行研究。方法:色谱柱:Spherisorb-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),水(A)-甲醇(B)进行梯度洗脱,0~5min,50~60%B;5~25min,60~70%B;25~45min,70~80%B;45~55min,80~80%B;55~60min,80~100%B;60~70min,100~100%B;流速:1.0m L/min;检测波长:250nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL;检测时间:70min。结果:东北三省不同采收期五味子的指纹图谱没有明显差异,但不同采收期的五味子醇甲的含量存在明显的差异。结论:该色谱条件简单易行,可用于五味子的鉴别研究。Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Schisandra chinensis by HPLC, and study the quality of Schisandra chinensis from different habitats and harvest time. Methods: The chromato- graphic conditions : chromatographic column : Spherisorb - C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5 μm), mobile phase : water ( A), methanol(B) ; Gradient elution : 0 - 5min, 50 - 60% B ; 5 - 25min, 60 - 70% B ; 25 ~ 45min, 70 ~ 80%B; 45 ~55min, 80 ~80%B; 55 ~60min, 80 ~100%B; 60 ~70min, 100 ~100%B; Flow rate: 1.0mL/min ; Detection wavelength : 250nm ; Column temperature : 25℃ ; Sample size : 10μL; Measurement time: 70rain. Results:In three northeast provinces the different harvest time for Schisandra chinensis finger- print did not have a particularly big difference, but the content of different harvest time of Schizandrol A had an obvious difference. Conclusion: This chromatographic condition is simple and can be used for identification of Sehisandra chinensis research.
