摘 要:运行氧量设定值较低、开启SOFA风等运行因素导致高负荷时CO排放量较高,对锅炉经济性和环境都产生不利影响。以某电厂660 MW超临界机组锅炉为研究对象,基于燃烧调整试验,得出了660 MW负荷下CO的排放特性,分析了CO和NOx以及CO和锅炉效率之间的关系,并给出了相关优化运行方式。结果表明,从大量的试验工况数据来看,CO排放量越高的工况NOx排放量越低,即CO和NOx排放量之间存在一定的负相关特性,但是从单个运行因素的变化来看,CO和NOx并非此消彼长的关系。Low oxygen content and SOFA enable at 660MW load lead to higher CO emission, which is harmful to environment and the economic efficiency of the boiler. With a 660MW supercritical boiler as object, based on combustion adjustment test, CO emission characteristics and the relationship among CO, NOx and boiler efficiency was investigated. Moreover, the optimal operating strategy was given. The test indicated CO and NOx have a negative correlation which was recognized from numerous experimental data. However, this rule is not exact when it is considered from another perspective of one single operating factor.
