摘 要:为了研究钙基金属化合物对煤焦燃烧特性的影响,分别在无烟煤焦和烟煤焦中通过等体积浸渍法直接掺杂钙基金属化合物,在热重分析仪上进行空气气氛下的热重试验。根据热重试验结果得到煤焦样品的着火温度和燃尽温度等燃烧特性参数。采用求解活性表面积的方法处理热重数据,得到煤焦的活性表面积增长率随时间的变化曲线。用Coats-Redfern法求解了煤焦的动力学参数。结果表明,加入钙基金属化合物后,煤焦的着火温度和燃尽温度降低,活性表面积增长率曲线峰值向低温段移动,活性表面积的增长提前;钙基金属化合物的加入会降低煤焦燃烧反应的表观活化能,有利于煤焦着火。In order to study the effect of calcium-based metallic compounds on char combustion characteristics, the anthracite and bituminous char samples are doped with calcium-based metallic compounds by incipient-wetness impregnation method and a thermogravimetric experiment of the char samples is carried out under air atmosphere. The combustion characteristic parameters of the char such as ignition temperature and burnout temperature are obtained based on the experimental data. The curve of active specific surface area growth rate varying with time is obtained by processing experimental data. The Coats-Redfern integration method is adopted to calculate the activation energy of the char. The results show the addition of calcium-based metallic compounds decreases the ignition and burnout temperature of the char. The peak of the active specific surface area growth rate shifts to the lower temperature stage with the addition; and the growth of the active specific surface area is advanced. The addition of calcium-based metallic compounds will reduce the combustion activation energy of the char samples so the char is easier to be ignited.
