摘 要:利用石蜡组织切片和透射电镜技术对卵形鲳鲹(Trachinotus ovatus)肾脏进行显微和超微结构观察研究。结果显示,根据卵形鲳鲹肾小管上皮细胞的结构特点,将其划分为颈段、第一近曲小管、第二近曲小管、远曲小管和集合小管5个部分。卵形鲳鲹肾小体长径平均70μm,短径平均40μm;比淡水鱼种类的肾小体直径要小。肾小管中第一近曲小管的上皮细胞游离端具有丰富的微绒毛,并含有丰富的线粒体,应为重吸收的主要场所。而第二近曲小管上皮细胞游离端微绒毛较少,远曲小管和集合管的内壁均没有微绒毛,但三者均可见有较多的线粒体,表明它们仍具有一定的重吸收功能。The golden pampano Trachinotus ovatus is an excellent aquaculture species characterized by fast growth and better meat value, with Fujian, Guangdong and Hainan as major culture areas in China. This paper studied the morphology and histology of kidney in T. ovatus, aiming to understand the urinary physiological function and osmoregulation mechanism, and provide scientific basis for the practice in mass aquaculture of this fish. Techniques of routing sampling, tissue dissection ( thickness of 5 - 6 μm) and optical microscope observations and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques were used with reference to the microstructure and ultrastructure of kidney of T. ovatus. Experimental animal at youth stage (20-22 day after hatching) with the total length of 16.4 -19.9 mm and weight of 0. 097 -0. 129 g were producted at hatchery by aritificial propagation in Shenzhen Experimental Base of South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute and the adult fish were sampled from Guangzhou Huangsha Aquatic Produce Market with the total length of 25.4 - 26.7cm and weight of 275 - 370 g. Results showed that the kidney of T. ovatus was in the shape of "Y", which was divided into two sections from the middle forwardly, some renal tubules and melanomacrophage center were observed in head kidney. Kidney was the principle urinary organ of the fish with densely ranged renal tubules which were divided into five segments: neck segment, the first proximal segment, the second proximal segment, distal segment and collecting segment based on the morphology and structure of epidermic ceils. Mean macroaxis diameter and brachyaxis diameter of renal corpuscle of T. ovatus were 70 μm and 40μm,respectively, which were smaller than that of freshwater fishes. Plenty of microvillus and mitochondria were observed in the free end of epidermic cells of the first proximal segment, illuminating that it was the most significant part to reabsorb.
