摘　　要：跨国就业不但是劳动者获取就业机会的重要途径,而且能通过带动共同体经济的发展,加快共同体一体化的进程。东盟内部的劳动力跨国就业人数日益增多,对此群体的社会保障覆盖问题以及由此带来的东盟社会保障一体化问题也被提上了议程。虽然东盟及东盟各成员国在东盟共同体的发展进程中做出很多的努力,也取得了一定的进展,但在为区域内跨国就业的劳动者提供社会保障议题上存在着多方面的问题,东盟至今仍未能建立起一体化的社会保障协调机制。Labor migration is not only an important way to obtain jobs, but also can accelerate the integration process by promoting economic and cultural development. The number of labor migration is increasing in ASEAN, and the issue of social security integration has also been put on the agenda of police. Though ASEAN and its member countries contributed great effort to promote the development of ASEAN Community of Common Destiny, and received a certain progress, the issue of integration in social security for migrant workers still has to face various difficulties, and now, a social security coordination mechanism still has not yet been established.
