摘  要:目的:了解不同方式宣传教育对大学生艾滋病认知情况的效果。方法:将2014级新生临床医学本科12个班随机分为两组,采用多媒体教学式和多媒体教学结合有奖互动式进行健康教育,在教学前后进行问卷调查,比较其宣教效果。结果:宣传教育后艾滋病知识的正确率及对艾滋病态度的正确率均有提高,多媒体教学结合有奖互动式的两率高于多媒体教学式(P<0.05)。结论:多媒体教学结合有奖互动式的艾滋病健康教育在大学生中效果良好,值得推广。Objective:To explore effectiveness evaluation on college students' AIDS awareness by different publicity and education ways. Methods:Twelve 2014 freshmen of clinical medicine undergraduate class were randomly divided into two groups,multimedia teaching and multimedia teaching combine with award-winning question were used separately,to compare the education effect with different methods.Results:The accuracy of HIV/AIDS knowledge and attitude to AIDS of two groups were increased after propaganda and education,and this two ratios of multimedia teaching combine with award-winning question were higher than that of multimedia teaching(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The effectiveness of multimedia teaching combine with award-winning question was generally better, worth of being generalized.
