摘 要:随着城市化进程的加速,城市公共交通也有了长远的发展和改善,目前,我国传统、单一的地面交通体系已经转变成了多功能、复合式的多元交通体系,但城市交通拥堵问题却日益严峻。笔者认为,城市交通发展滞后于城市发展,国家治理理念滞后于社会发展,政府服务理念滞后于公共交通需求,是造成城市交通拥堵的根本原因。文章通过文献分析和比较研究,对城市交通的内涵、相关理论、发展现状、拥堵原因和治理对策进行了归纳和梳理,希望能为关注城市交通拥堵治理的学者和专家提供借鉴和帮助。With the acceleration of urbanization, urban public transportation has also been long-term development and improvement, at present, China's traditional and single ground transportation system has been transformed into a multifunctional composite type of multiple traffic system, but the problem of urban traffic congestion has become more serious. The author believes that the urban transport development lags behind the urban development, the concept of national governance lag on the development of the society, the concept of government services lag in public traffic demand, is the root cause of urban traffic congestion. The through literature analysis and comparative study, the connotation of urban traffic, related theory, development status, congestion reasons and countermeasures were summarized and comb, hope to provide reference and help to pay attention to the city traffic congestion management scholars and experts.
