摘  要:目的:研究水稻谷粒褐变致病菌禾谷镰孢菌丝生长特性。方法:采用生长速率法研究环境条件和营养条件对菌丝生长的影响。结果:不同的营养、温度、pH值等条件对菌丝生长有很大影响。菌丝生长最适温度为25%;菌丝生长最适的pH范围是7~8;全光照、连续振荡培养有利于菌丝的生长;不同碳源培养条件下菌丝生长以半乳糖、淀粉为较好,不同氮源条件下菌丝生长以硝酸铵、丙氨酸为较好。结论:从水稻褐变谷粒分离出禾谷镰孢菌研究其生长特性,为进一步深入开展水稻褐变穗病害防治提供科学依据。Objective: The paper aimed to study growth characteristics of Fusarium graminearum the pathogen of Browning ear of grain. Method:Growth rate method was used to study environmental and nutritional con- ditions on hypha growth.Result:The results showed that nutrition,temperature and pH had significant effects on the hypha growth of the browning ear pathogen of grain.The optimal temperature of hypha growth was 25℃;The optimal pH of hyphal growth was 7~8;Light, continuous shaking had promotion effect on its growth;The best carbohydrates for hypha growth was galactose and starch under the different carbon source; The best nitrogen for hypha growth was ammonium nitrate and aminopropionic acid under the different ni- trogen source. Conclusion:Study on Growth characteristics of Fusarium graminearum in Rice Browning Ear, in order to further provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of diseases.
