摘　　要：本文分析了2015年度中国100大跨国公司海外资产与收入、资产集中度、行业分布概况,并对中国100大跨国公司与世界100大跨国公司进行对比分析;在此基础上对电力领域跨国公司进行国际比较,同时结合我国电力企业发展现状,提出对我国电力企业国际化发展的建议。This paper analyzes overseas assets and income, asset concentration, industry distribution of Chinese 100 largest transnational enterprises in 2015, and compares those enterprises with the world＇s 100 largest transnational enterprises, then compares Chinese power transnational enterprises with other power enterprises. Finally, combined with present situation of Chinese power enterprises, this paper proposes some certain suggestions.
