麻风患者外周血调节性T细胞及IL-2的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨IL-2和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(Treg)在现症麻风病人外周血的变化及两者间的相关性。方法用流式细胞微球芯片捕获技术(CBA)检测30例现症麻风病人及25例正常对照者血清IL-2的浓度;用流式细胞仪检测51例麻风病人及56例正常对照者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(Treg)的水平。结果现症麻风病人血清中的IL-2(771.83±348.03)pg/ml高于对照组(45.03±29.05)pg/ml,外周血Treg细胞(17.626±8.1977)%高于正常对照组(9.998±1.7062)%;现症麻风病人血清IL-2浓度与外周血Treg细胞水平呈负相关线性关系。结论 IL-2和Treg细胞的调控失衡可能与麻风病人机体免疫功能异常有关。Objective To investigate the correlation between interleukin-2 and regulatory T cells （Treg） in patients with leprosy. Methods The concentration of interleukin-2 of serum of 30 patients with leprosy and 25 normal control was detected by the cytometric bead array test, and the levels of regulation T cells of 51 patients with leprosy and 56 normal control were detected by flow cytometry test. Results The concentration of serum IL-2 in patients with leprosy （771.83±348.03 pg/ml） was higher than that of normal control （45.03±29.05 pg/ml）. The percentage of regulatory T cells in patients with leprosy （17.626±8.1977%） was higher than that of normal control （9.998±1. 7062%）. The expression of IL-2 and Treg cells is the linear negative correlation. Conclusion The imbalance between IL-2 and Treg cells may lead to immune abnormal in patientswithleprosy.
