摘　　要：介绍了高精度硬质合金球混合料制备、成形、烧结和加工等各工序的质量控制要点,研究主要工艺因素对产品质量的影响。分析生产过程中经常出现的质量缺陷,总结不同工序缺陷产生的主要原因,提出了相应的预防和改善措施。The main points are introduced for quality control of mixture preparation,molding,sintering and grinding for high- precision cemented carbide balls. The influences of main technological factors on product quality are studied.The quality defects are analyzed during production process,and the main reasons are summarized for different process defect. The corresponding prevention and improvement measures are put forward.
