摘 要:以亚磷酸二乙酯、马来酸二乙酯为原料,在乙醇钠的催化作用下合成反应型有机磷阻燃剂1-膦酸丙烷-1,2-二羧酸,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)、核磁共振磷谱(31P-NMR)确定产物的结构。应用反应型有机磷阻燃剂1-膦酸丙烷-1,2-二羧酸对羽绒纤维进行阻燃改性处理,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP/AES)、TG-DTA热重分析仪(TG)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、极限氧指数仪等仪器对改性前后羽绒纤维的磷元素含量、热稳定性、形态结构和极限氧指数等性能进行测试表征。结果表明,羽绒纤维改性后的极限氧指数由23.8%增加到28.2%,形态结构没有明显变化,含磷量从0.071 2 mg/g提高至0.683 8 mg/g,热稳定性整体提高。Down fibers were modified by synthesized reactive-type orgnophosphorus flame retardants. 1- phosphonopropane-1,2-dicarboxylic acid were synthesized from diethyl phosphate and diethyl maleate by two-step method in the presence of catalyst of sodium methylate. The final product was by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),^13 C-nuclear magnetic resonance (^13C-NMR), and 31P- nuclear magnetic resonance (^31 P-NMR ). The reactive-type orgnophosphorus flame retardant 1- phosphonopropane-1,2-dicarboxylic acid was used for the flame retardant modification of down fibers. The content of phosphorous, the thermal stability, the morphology and the limiting oxygen index of the down fibers before and after the modification were characterized by an inductive coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer(ICP/AES), a TG-DTG thermal gravity analyzer (TG) and a scanning electron microscope ( SEM). The results showed that flame retardant property of treated down fibers improved with the limiting oxygen index increased to 28.2% from 23.8% , the morphology of the modified down fibers did not change significantly, and the phosphorus content of the modified down fibers increased from 0. 071 2 mg/g to 0. 683 8 mg/g. Moreover, the down improvement in the thermal stability.
