摘 要:以日常生活中废旧棉织物(WCF)为原料,采用氯化锌法活化制备了废旧棉织物活性炭(AC-WCF),考察了氯化锌质量分数、氯化锌浸渍时间、活化温度和活化时间4个因素对AC-WCF吸附性能的影响。采用比表面积及微孔/中孔分析仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对AC-WCF样品进行表征。结果表明,AC-WCF各项吸附性能良好,该条件下制备的AC-WCF的比表面积高达1 462 m2/g,总孔容积为0.78 cm3/g,平均孔径为2.1 nm,碘吸附值为1 193.8 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为25 m L/0.1 g,苯酚吸附值为160.7 mg/g,且对模拟染料废水具有良好的脱色效果。Waste cotton fabric activated carbon (AC-WCF) was prepared from waste cotton fabrics (WCF) by zinc chloride activation. The mass fraction, impregnation time, activation temperature and activation time on the adsorption properties of AC-WCF were investigated by the orthogonal experiment method. The obtained AC-WCF was characterized by specific area and micropore/mesopore analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FT-IR spectroscopy. Results show that all adsorption properties of AC-WCF are good; the optimum preparation conditions are as follows: mass fraction 45%, impregnation time 16 h, activation temperature 700 ℃ and activation time 30 min. And the prepared AC- WCF has large apparent surface area ( 1 462 m^2/g) and high adsorption pore volume (0.78 cm^3/g) with average pore size diameter of 2.1 nm. The adsorption values of the AC-WCF to iodine, methylene blue and phenol are 1 193.8 mg/g, 25 mL/0.1 g, and 160.7 mg/g, respectively. Meanwhile, AC-WCF shows high decolorization effect on dye wastewater.
