摘　　要：考察了盐藻中测定脱镁叶绿素含量的过程中,细胞的破碎方法、丙酮及盐酸体积分数等对脱镁叶绿素含量的影响,得出了盐酸体积分数对脱镁叶绿素含量的测定影响最大的结论。并且确定了盐酸配比是25.80%时,测定的脱镁叶绿素的含量较接近标样的实际数值。The influencing factors of pheophytin in Dunaliella salina in the process of measurement, such as the cell disruption methods, acetone and hydrochloric acid concentration was studied. The experimental results had shown that the concentration of hydrochloric acid had the greatest impact on the measurement ofpheophytin. The content of the pheophytin was more close to the value of the standard sample when the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 25.80%.
