摘 要:黑色食品样品置于聚四氟乙烯罐中,加入硝酸及过氧化氢后在微波消解仪中按设定程序加热消解。所得样品溶液定容至25 m L,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定其中钙、镁、锌、铁、铜、锰、钼、钴、钒、锶、硒及硼12种元素的含量。12种元素的浓度在7 361.63~0.028 mg·kg-1范围内与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(7 s)在0.008~0.56μg·L-1之间。方法应用于分析紫菜与按国标方法分析紫菜(GB/T 5009—2003)所得12元素的测定结果没有显著性差异。方法的回收率在82.7%~110.6%之间,RSD在0.26%~4.23%,小于5%。The sample of the black food was digested with HON3 and H2O2 in a teflon vessel and heated in the microwave digester under the prescribed working program. The sample solution obtained was made upto 25 mL and used directly the ICP- AES determination of 12 microelement (Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu, Sr, Se, Mo, CO, V and B). Linear relationships were showed between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of same range of 7 361.63-0.028 mg.kg-1 with detection limit (7 s) in the range of 0.008-0.56 μg.L-1The determination of 12 microelement was not significant difference through ICP-AES of analytical results and standard materials leave (GB/T 5009-2003). Values of recovery of the method found were in the range of 82.7%~110.6%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) were 0.26%~4.23%, less than 5%.
